Clinical consultation includes hourly sessions with the provider for focused needs. This could include any of the following reasons:
- Second opinion after prior evaluation (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, ADHD, etc)
- Need for recommendations after abnormal brain MRI, genetic, medical, or neurological diagnosis
- Participation in school meetings (e.g., 504/IEP or private school planning)
- Observation of your child in the classroom
- Caregiver check-in after evaluation to trouble-shoot specific concerns
As a PSYPACT member, Dawn Ilardi, PhD is authorized to provide telehealth services to patients located in the following participating states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, District of Columbia, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, & WY.
Consultation Fee
The fee for Consultation is $200 per hour and is due at the time of appointment. This will include any indirect time protected for the appointment, including review of records and travel time if needed.
